Covenant Enforcement & Design Review

We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Community Resource Services (CRS) of Colorado. After an extensive review process, the Board of Directors has contracted CRS of Colorado to assume the oversight and administration of the design review process, as well as administering covenant enforcement for the Second Creek Ranch communities as of January 1, 2026. This includes The Reserve, Hawks Landing, and Antelope Hills.

Beginning in January, our team will be on site weekly to monitor compliance with community standards. We will also be your partner for the design review process.
