Residents of Second Creek Ranch,

We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Community Resource Services (CRS) of Colorado. After an extensive review process, the Board of Directors has contracted CRS of Colorado to assume the oversight of all fee collection and billing services for the Second Creek Ranch communities as of January 1, 2026. This includes The Reserve, Hawks Landing, and Antelope Hills.

CRS of Colorado will administer invoices for monthly fees beginning in January. All statements will be provided via mail and email this first month. You’ll then have the option to select email only if you prefer.

CRS of Colorado uses the same billing portal that you’re familiar with. However, your login credentials will be set back to a default during the transition. Additionally, any scheduled auto-payments or ACH payment information will NOT be saved. You’ll need to re-enter your billing preferences.

Residents will have the option to make payments via ACH, check, credit or debit card. More information on how to set up these payments will come with the first billing statement.
